Brothers & the Enchanted Forest

The Enchanted Forest-1979. Turner, Oregon. Two Brothers- one of dozens of kids who ran those crooked paths. Scraped knees, too much sugar, and a map made of nothing but imagination. We didn’t know the park was new—opened eight summers earlier. We thought it was ancient. Today that mushroom’s still stands- and kids still run the same paths.
